Chef Shannon formally trained as an apprentice cook, where she earned both her Journeyman and Red Seal certification in the culinary trade. Through years of exploring what it means to be a Chef professionally, her belief in properly handling ingredients has coincided her personal passion of making edibles. A chefs obsession was triggered; of what cannabis as a culinary ingredient means; taste, affects, nutrition, health needs, application, extraction...

Unlocking all the positive methods for people to be able to re-claim, first time or chronically experience edibles, that go beyond "that one really potent brownie", is the foundation of the Chefchronic.les experience.
